Palos Verdes Art Center Calligraphy Performance

“It has been my pleasure to work with Shoran here at the Palos Verdes Art Center. Ms. Shoran has acted as both a teacher and a performance artist here at the Palos Verdes Art Center. She taught a wonderful workshop in Japanese Calligraphy. Ms. Shoran is a very organized, well prepared and thoughtful teacher. Her students were very engaged and inspired by the instruction.
Ms. Shoran also performed a traditional dance, in costume, and created a large scale calligraphy piece for the public during a weekend art event. The performance was captivating, drawing people in and adding so much to the day.
Ms. Shoran is very personable, talented and a pleasure to work with. I hope that I will have the good fortune to work with her again in the future.
